Requirements to register a property with the Public Registry of Property and Commerce
• Public title deed
This document is obtained when purchasing your home and although the certification is made before a notary public, it is in the registration of the Registry where it obtains its legal validity. If you do not have the deed of your property, you must go to the notary where the document was issued to request a certified copy.
• Purchase contract
In the event that the house has been previously registered by the ex-owner, it is necessary to register the action taken, in order to transfer the title and rights of the property to the new owner.

• Request for the procedure

The documentation obtained will depend on the act that is carried out, but basically they are:
• Commercial appraisal of the property
